Dispatch time and cost

Stock

We aim to dispatch orders of current stock within five working days. The cost of shipment is charged to the customer. Payment is required before dispatch. Any problem with shipment of the order resulting from the customer’s fault, such as wrong or incomplete address, will result in reshipment being charged to the customer.

Bespoke / custom orders

We are always happy to discuss bespoke orders. Dispatch times will depend on production schedule/commitments and whether there are special requirements for wool/fibre type, colour or dyeing. 50% of the price shall be paid at time of order, with the remaining 50% required before dispatch, The cost of shipment is charged to the customer. 

 

Returns

Stock

Returns can be made at any time from placing the order up to four weeks after delivery. We must be notified in writing of any returns, and the cost for returning the goods, including insurance, is the responsibility of the buyer. A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued within two weeks of receipt of return.

If there is a problem with the order that is our fault, the total purchasing amount will be refunded, including the shipping cost, within two weeks of receipt of return.

Please send them in original package. If this is not possible, please make sure packaging is suitable to prevent damage during transportation.

Returns must be undamaged and in their original condition so they can be resold. A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued within 30 days of their return. Goods which have been incorporated into other goods, or altered in any way by the customer, cannot be returned.

Bespoke / custom orders

Custom orders, whether sheet felt or finished products, cannot be returned and are excluded from our refund policy unless faulty.

 

Damaged/Missing Goods

Please allow the maximum delivery period (outlined above) before contacting us about a missing order. 

Do not accept a package if it appears damaged in any way, and please notify us within seven days of delivery if you have refused the package or if items are missing from the package.

We would recommend signing for any package as 'unexamined'. In the event of a claim against the courier you may have to answer queries from them as we do not accept responsibility for compensation.

 

Prices

All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are in British Pounds (£) and any currency conversion will be carried out by your card provider. Any currency conversions on this site are approximate and are for guidance only.

 

Product Advice

Due to the nature of the products there will be variations in the end result. If purchasing felt in sheet form therefore we suggest you order enough material to complete your project.

Whilst we are happy to give advice on our products and their use, we cannot accept responsibility or liability as conditions of use are beyond our control.

All commercially dyed products are colour matched but please note that there could be still be variation from dye batch to dye batch. Hand dyed components will have greater variability. We can therefore not guarantee an exact colour match for custom orders.  

Our photographs are as closely matched to the actual colours of our products as we can, however due to different screen settings and resolutions it is impossible for these to be 100% accurate. 

 

Overseas Orders

Please note that an extra charge may be levied as import duty or other taxes for products shipped to outside the UK. These charges, or any other issues as a result of import legislation are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Stockists

We welcome inquiries from stockists wishing to carry unspun® products. Products must be resold under the ‘unspun®' label as supplied and cannot be re-branded.
